Progress starts with a choice. Choose to lead.
Some organizations are paralyzed by technological change. Others purposefully turn that change into acceleration. What will you choose? Every acceleration begins with a good conversation.
Behind BNNX is a team that turns ambition into working AI. We bring strategy, people, and technology together to guide organizations and make AI a part of daily work. Our moonshot: to build the AI brand of the Netherlands. Not getting stuck in hype or ideas, but making choices, delivering proof, and accelerating business.

Sebastiaen sets the standard for how technology, product, and operations should work together. His background at Apple is reflected in his high standards: quality must be visible, user experience must be right, and growth must be built on scalable systems. He is at his best when projects become complex and choices are not obvious. Then he clarifies the ambiguity, provides direction, and enforces execution. Sebastiaen switches between strategy, customer, team, and operations with one goal: to ensure that everything aligns and plans actually take root.
Alex brings AI out of the haze and back to decision-making, behavior, and daily practice. He is the first point of contact for organizations that know they need to do something with AI but do not yet have a clear path. With his background in entrepreneurship and commercial projects, he understands that adoption only works when people understand, trust, and apply it. He brings calm to AI policies, existing plans, and change processes that have been overtaken by the market. Alex turns uncertainty into an approach that organizations can adapt to.
Rick views talent as the engine for growth. With over ten years of commercial experience in manufacturing, wholesale, and recruitment, he knows that filling capacity is different from getting the right people in the right places. His specialization lies precisely there: making talent, training, and business work together. Rick builds propositions, develops partnerships, and helps organizations acquire AI talent that can take responsibility. He combines commercial sharpness with a sense of human potential and sees where people can make a difference.
Heinz understands organizations through their processes, systems, and data. He sees where the logic lies, but especially where assumptions, exceptions, and inefficiencies have become entrenched. He has sharpened this way of looking over a decade of software development in telecom, supply chain, finance, and academia. Heinz does not optimize at the surface level but seeks the places where technology truly makes a difference. He smoothly switches between technical and functional, between operations and strategy, and quickly gets to the real question behind the issue.
Casper forms the technical foundation under the Solutions pillar. With a BSc in Data Science & AI, an MSc in AI, and experience as the first author of a scientific publication, he brings real depth. He translates business issues into architectures, data analyses, machine learning models, and platforms that hold up outside the test environment. Casper builds precisely, thinks critically, and only stops when the solution is right. No AI as a demonstration, but technology that is reliable enough to become part of the organization.
Melvin sees where AI gains commercial value. With a bachelor's in International Business, a master's in International Management through CEMS, and experience in consultancy, technology, and entrepreneurship, he adds market insight, strategic understanding, and commercial sharpness to BNNX. He recognizes growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and partnerships at the moment they still need to take shape. Melvin looks at AI from a traction perspective: which proposition can scale, which customer demand deserves action, and where is real movement? He brings people, ideas, and opportunities together and creates direction.
Nenah enables speed and quality of the highest level. With nearly ten years of experience at Mercedes-Benz, she knows the pressure, structure, and political dynamics of large organizations. Additionally, her background as a PA at a real estate developer sharpens her focus on timing, interests, and execution. She quickly sees which people need each other, which agreements need to be clearer, and where a proposal can be stronger. Precisely because she does not come from a technical background, she asks questions that others overlook and keeps the human aspect firmly in view.
